The moment Alex showed up, I knew I was in good hands. Super knowledgeable guy, tackled the problem without any fuss. Turns out the drum was misaligned, which he sorted out in no time. Efficient and professional throughout. I’d definitely recommend Mecca Oasis if you’re looking for quality appliance service. The pricing was reasonable, and now my washer runs like a dream again.
